Enjoyed the comfortable room with new facilities. Heating worked perfectly during the cold weather. Breakfast had a wonderful variety and was served promptly on the lovely terrace. Sara and her staff provided really good hospitality, speaking great English, made communication easier. The location allowed easy access to historic sites while remaining calm and quiet. I noticed some maintenance issues that could be addressed, some fixtures in the shower didn't quite function properly. I left with a positive impression but felt some attention to those maintenance details could enhance the stay.

The attention to detail in the room was excellent, especially the beautiful decor that captured the essence of Siena.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit complicated due to limited staff hours, making it challenging to reach someone in the evening.

My wife says that breakfast choices for teens could be improved.
